For me one of the biggest compliments is if you photograph a family member’s wedding…and they call you again for the next wedding! I photographed Chris & Natalie’s wedding a year ago, and now it was time for his brother Gavin’s wedding with Krysten.
The wedding was at Galagos close to Pretoria, and in my eyes you don’t get better than this. The only problem is, there are so many places to take photos, you can’t get everywhere you want to be in an hour. The sheer beauty of Galagos overwhelms me everytime I have the privilege to photograph a wedding there.
The two talented ladies from La Promesse, Annemarie and Annemi, were the wedding co ordinators, and although I now know to expect something special from them they really pulled out all the stops with this one. There is just no limit to their talents and the ideas they have. if you need an AWESOME wedding co ordinator, stop looking, just phone them!
Back to Gavin and Krysten, a lovely, fun couple. We started the day with a VERY nervous Krysten, that strange enough got more relaxed the closer we got to the ceremony, normally it is the other way around. But, by the time she walked into the church on the arm of her mum all the nerves were forgotten!
The rest of the wedding was one huge success and enjoyed very much by family and friends attending.
