Shannon & Belinda’s big day came on 23 March. And so did the big rain in Gauteng. For two days it rained non-stop. And I think for two days Shannon and Belinda were worried that it was going to rain on their wedding day and they won’t have a photo shoot. When we left for the wedding at 12;30 I said to my son Timothy who is my 2nd shooter that there is no chance that we are going to have a photo shoot today.

I could see that Belinda is a very worried bride when we got there.

But…an hour before the church the skies cleared up, and we had beautiful weather for the rest of the day.

I must mention the unbelievable wedding venue where they got married. Even for me as a wedding photographer that is used to wedding venues, this is a special place. The place’s name is Venue Nouveau and they are just outside Pretoria.

Shannon and Belinda. You are two such special people, we had a fantastic fun time at your wedding.
