Moon and Sixpence Wedding

I can remember two things very vividly from Randall and Celeste’s wedding at The Moon and Sixpence in Muldersdrift near Krugersdorp.

The one is the incredible service by Pastor Neil Hartzenburg. I have heard some good ceremonies during the 160+ weddings I photographed during my last four years as a full time wedding photographer. But this ceremony was simply in a class of it’s own.

The other is the photo shoot.Celeste is just one of those people that love being in front of a camera. She and Randall are very much in love, and that clearly came through during the photo shoot. There was no acting here, only two people that love each other deeply …and I was just there to capture as much of their love as possible. Their photo shoot was sexy, fun, and at times I almost felt like an intruder whilst witnessing the love they have for each other. I almost didn’t have to do any directing…the photos just happened.

The party itself? Smashing success. They have such a group of caring and talented friends and family. There was some incredible singing performances by two ladies, and they must have some of the funniest friends I have ever met.

A word from Celeste:

Randall and I met through a friend of ours who introduced us to each other and ever since that day we would spend hours and hours together talking, laughing and really getting to know each other….never did I think he would be the one I will be spending the rest of my life with. I am so grateful that God blessed me with a loving and caring man.
