A good facebook friend of mine told these two about me. We met, and they decided to use me as their wedding photographer. Let me tell you, Charles makes a mean cup of coffee… I can remember that from our first meeting. they already married a couple of months previously because they didn’t want to live together. But this was to be the big party for friends and family.
They got married at Mellow Oaks Wedding Venue. My 2nd wedding in two days at Mellow Oaks and my 3rd wedding in three days. I thought I will be tired, but it is such an incredible privilege to photograph a wedding, you can’t get tired. Charles’s two beautiful daughters from a previous marriage were there as well. The one little girl loved her shoes so much, she didn’t even worry about the dress, she just wanted to put her shoes on! The other daughter, she must be about 10 years old, took the microphone at the reception and gave a speech in front of everybody that I will remember for a VERY long time. The father and daughter dance was something special. All in all a VERY romantic wedding. It was also special for me and Surika because it was the first time back for us in the chapel and hall that we got married in a year and a half ago!

Johan, i keep coming back to these photo’s. I cant get enough of them, it’s absolutely stunning. Thank you so much for taking such beautiful pictures of our most stunning day with so much care. It wasnt just photo’s to you, you took each picture with care knowing that its a moment filled with love. You captured so much in these photo’s and i feel blessed and honored to say that you took our photo’s.
