A Destination Love Story at Rolling Waters

Some weddings just have a special energy the moment you arrive — and this was one of them. Alex and Lytle travelled from Australia to celebrate their wedding with the people who mean the most to them here in Pretoria. Rolling Waters set the scene beautifully, with soft light, quiet nature, and a feeling that the whole day was wrapped in joy.

Some of their friends hadn’t seen them in years, so the reunion was emotional and full of laughter. Other friends from all over the world came to the wedding. The couple themselves were warm, easygoing, and a dream to photograph. Every moment felt natural and honest — the kind of moments you don’t pose… you simply capture.

It was a stunning celebration of love, friendship, and coming home. I’m grateful I could document their story in a way that reflects who they are: genuine, joyful, and beautifully connected.
