That one beautiful glorious day when all the worries are forgotten. That day when you merge your destiny with the person you love most in this world. When love triumphs over everything else. When nothing can take away your happiness. The future will never look more promising. You will probably never smile more on any other day of your life, neither will you ever look prettier (or more handsome). Two families will merge as one. I want to experience this with you, I want to capture this day for you! It is very important that you must feel relaxed in the company of your photographer of choice, you can have the best wedding photographer to shoot your wedding but if you are not relaxed in his/her company it will show on the photographs.
Let’s meet each other for coffee before you make any final choices, we are talking about your one special day, and the photographs you are going to show people for the rest of your life!
I am a specialist wedding photographer that is just as passionate about your wedding as you are. I learned my trade and got my enthusiasm for wedding photography from my dad who was also a wedding photographer. Because this is my full time profession and I do this at least once a week I will also have a very calming influence on you on your wedding day. A Calm and relaxed bride and groom = Stunning photos. I realise that there will never be a more special day for you in your life and feel incredibly honoured every time somebody trust me to be their wedding photographer.
How much time do I spend with you on your wedding day? There is no time limit, I will spend as much time as is necessary with you on your wedding day to get the best shots possible and to tell the story of EVERYTHING that happened on the day! I will only shoot YOUR wedding on your special day, that I promise you. This is after all not a manufacturing process, it is your special day. I will make sure that everybody and everything that’s important has been photographed. Although we will take the formal posed pictures you can be sure that there will be a lot of natural looking candid photos of you and your guests.
The equipment that I use are of the highest quality to ensure your satisfaction. We also bring back-up equipment with, should something unforeseen happen to my gear. The amount of photos I take during the wedding does not influence the price, I take as many photographs as possible to ensure that every special moment is captured. You also get all the original photos that I take.
One of the most important aspects of photography nowadays is the editing of the photos after it’s been taken. I personally edit all your wedding photos as I know what end result I had in mind when I took a certain photo (This is one of the reasons why my prices are very reasonable, I do not have to employ and pay graphic designers). Expect to get the “wow” factor! Special effects like sepia, black & white, artistic themes and a myriad of other editing techniques will be used to transform your photos.
DVD – All the photographs of the day are put together as a slide show with background music of your choice. You can view it on your TV through your DVD machine.
Web Viewing – Your best photographs will be loaded onto my website (blog) for your friends and family to view.
Email – I will collect your guests email addresses at the wedding and send them an email to advise them when your photographs are loaded onto the web.
Facebook – You best photos will also be loaded onto my Facebook page (www.facebook.com/jccrafford) if you require it we can tag the people that want to see your photos.

BASIC PACKAGE – R7 000-00
Travelling will be charged at R2.00 per km. I live in Krugersdorp but travel all over South Africa to photograph weddings.
It does include the following:

We do not include any printing of photos in our prices as very few people nowadays order prints because most people prefer to print photo books or designer albums. However, we can print any size photo for you, we also do canvas mounts and block mounts. Please refer to my price list.

ADD ON PACKAGE 1 Studio Booth (R2 500-00)
We bring our own studio lighting & extra photographer to take photos of your guests whilst photographing the bride and groom.
You can even supply them with “props” to make it more interesting and fun.
ADD ON PACKAGE 2 Pre Wedding Photo shoot (R2 500-00)
A Two and a half hour photo shoot in my studio and outside on location. You get to practise for your big day and have some fun and extra photos. Changes of clothes are permitted. I load all the photos taken during the shoot on a special website for you to view and you choose the 40 photos that you like most. I will edit these photos and give it to you in high resolution.
You will also get:
- 40 Jumbo prints
- 2 x A4 enlargements
- 2 x A5 enlargements
ADD ON PACKAGE 3 (R3 000)
Wedding website: We can also register your name or surname as a domain name, exp. www.yourname.co.za. We can then design a website for you that include the following: Galleries of all your photos: current photos, kitchen tea, bachelor’s party, and wedding pics. Your own personalized e mail address, exp. wedding@yourname.co.za. Links to whichever website you want, exp. venue.
Map to venue. Wedding Invitation. Link to blog where you can write about all the arrangements for your wedding. Any special arrangements and notices that you want to give through to your guests can be posted here. Go to http://www.tommy-en-juanita.co.za/ to see an example of such a website we’ve done. Registration of the domain name, email address and hosting of the website for 12 months is included in the price.

ADD ON PACKAGE 6 Trash the dress Photo shoot (R2 500-00)
A Two and a half hour photo shoot outside on location. A huge hit overseas, be daring, do something different, dive in a pool with your dress and suit, slide in the mud, throw each other with paint etc. Each trash the dress shoot is planned around your specific requirements. I also take extra photos that you couldn’t take on your wedding dress because you were afraid that your clothes will get dirty or because you couldn’t travel to a specific location/s due to time restraints during the wedding photo shoot. I load all the photos taken during the shoot on a special website for you to view and you choose the 40 photos that you like most. I will edit these photos and give it to you in high resolution.
You will also get:

ADD ON PACKAGE 7 Shopping Cart (R1 000-00)
Every single photo taken at your wedding will be loaded onto a special shopping cart with a unique access code. This link will be emailed to your guests and to whoever else you want it to be emailed to.
